Direct Payments and Bank Accounts

In order to receive Direct Payments, you will need to have a bank account into which the money can be paid.

If the recipient of  Direct Payments is not able, for any reason, to operate a bank account in their own behalf, another person (a relative or friend ) could operate for him/her.
